We value your privacy. Any information that you provide to Top Toggery will never be released to a third party. All information we collect is used solely to process your order.

Payment Options:

For your convenience, you may pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Money Order.

If you prefer to place your order by phone, you may do so by calling us toll free at 1-866-634-6268.

Returns and Exchanges:

Seasonal merchandise, such as Christmas and Halloween Costumes, are not returnable.

Should you need to return an item to TopToggery, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. You may return unused items in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or refund. Used items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

1. To return an item(s), circle the item(s) on the packing slip you are returning. Note your reason for return.
   
   
2. Indicate if you prefer a credit or exchange. If exchanging, let us know what you would like by noting the name, color, size and quantity.
   
   
3. If shipping address has changed, please include the proper address.
   
   
4. Pack and seal return securely and include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid-we cannot accept C.O.D.'s.

6. Please allow 30 days for your credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping:

We ship orders Monday - Friday using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. (Express mail is also available, please contact us for information.) Orders should be received within 7 business days of ship date.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. To ship to more than one address, you will need to place separate orders.

Our commitment to you is that we will not use our shipping and handling charges as profit for Top Toggery.

Please note that an extra $10.00 shipping surcharge will be added to all oversized items such as furniture and crib bedding.

Personalized and Custom Items:

Top Toggery is proud to offer personalized and custom made items. Each of these items take time to produce before shipping. We do our best to estimate delivery times. Please note that these are only estimates and may vary a few days based on availability and shipping method. Your credit card will be charged when we place the order. Personalized and custom made orders may not be canceled or returned.

Status of your order:

We will email you when your order has shipped and provide you with a tracking number. You can check the status of your package at USPS.com.
